Did not have tool to remove. Notice no Phillips head screw in top.

Hello,
Your balance resembles the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600, depending on the diameter and length of the spiral balance housing tube. You'll need to remove the entire balance to confirm the correct replacements. We also offer the 75-006 charging tool. See the videos related on this page to assist you. Thanks for posting!
