Spiral balance ID

Question

I have some spiral balances that I can't identify through your web page.
Mine are 3/8" inch diameters, they're 27-3/4" long, not including the end pieces, and the sash weighs 19.75 lbs.
Please help me choose a replacement balance.

Just to confirm, what are you measuring for the diameter? Are you measuring the naked spring as I see it in your pictures, or the outer tube that goes around it? If the outer tube is 3/8", I recommend our S900-28. If it's 5/8", however, I recommend our S600-28 instead.
