Spiral balance an pivot shoe replacement

Question

Hi, I spoke to someone by phone this morning concerning replacement window spiral balances and pivotal shoes. I have attached some pictures of the replacement parts I am looking for and can be zoomed for better viewing:

My apologies, as I should have cleaned these to make the image more presentable.

Image #0729 - shows length of balance (16"), please zoom in to see
Image #0730 - screw end of balance
Image #0732 - spiral end of balance with red plug inside balance

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 15-118 pivot shoe and Series 600 spiral balance. I believe this is the hardware you need.
