Spiral balance attachment??

I need this to replace a broken one that the upper sash spiral balance connects to. See photo. The photo is of another window that operates correctly.

Looks like you need a pivot shoe. I think we can help, but we will need a bit more information. First, is there any way you can show me yours out of the window? Many important details are obscured. Can you also tell me its width and thickness?

Here's a better picture. The broken one and an unbroken one. Not sure how to get it out of the track to measure. The window is from universal windows in Camden from 1995.

This exact shoe is no longer made, but since the thickness is 9/16", I would recommend our 15-118 as a replacement.
