Spiral balance / charging tool to be ordered

Question

I have matching windows, double hung, tilt in. Lower sashes on both open but do not stay up. I want to order new spiral balances and a charging tool.

Three spiral balances are plastic, 27 inches x 3/8" diameter with red plastic tip; one is metal, 26" x 3/8" diameter with orange plastic tip. I am guessing the previous homeowner installed a replacement ????

Please advise exactly what to order. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since this is a tilt window, you'd want either the Series 600 or Series 900. If your balance's outer tube is 3/8" then I would recommend the Series 900. The 75-006 is the charging tool which is sold separately.
