Spiral balance clues

Dear Swisco,
Thank you for your help. Aluminum window, single hung, balance diameter looks to be 1/2 inches, length is 29 inches, bottom of balance are rusted off, no shoe found in the window,

I believe our S500-29 spiral balance can work for you. The problem is the sash bracket. The bottom corner is very corroded. You might have had something like our 17-094 clip on bracket, but the frame is too deteriorated to be sure. You might have to use something like our 17-012 and simply screw it on the bottom of the sash.
