Sorry no photos but it is a new window with a 5/8+ Rounded channel centre routed in both sides of the sash. The sash length is 42". The bottom has a square cut out for the holding bracket, which I will also need. The sash is 40 pounds.

We just sent over a custom order link for two S500-42 spiral balances with black tips to support your 40-pound sash. You'll also need brackets like our 17-012 to anchor the balances to the bottom of the sash. Thanks for posting!
