Thanks for writing in! There is a chance we can supply you with the replacement foam guide you need. Are you referring to the black piece around the metal tube? If so, it sounds like you may be referring to something like our 26-139 Single Hole Aligner. This part is only sold in white. 

Take a look over the dimensions to determine if this is the right replacement. If it is not a match, it would help to see a photo of an undamaged piece removed from the window.
