Spiral balance parts

Question

I need tool to wind spring and tool to keep clip from coming out from the bottom of the window frame.Also,I need plastic incerts at the top of each side of the window to keep balance tube in place.Please examine photos.Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! The tool you are referring to in regard to window the string is the spiral balance charging tool. The charging tool for non-tilt window spiral balances is our 75-005.

The plastic insert at the top of the frame appears to be a top sash guide. To determine if we have a replacement we can supply you with, I'll need to see an undamaged piece removed from the window.

I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the balance clip. This part was recently discontinued and we have not been able to source a suitable replacement for it, unfortunately.
