Spiral balance pivot lock shoe

Hi, I'm trying to replace the spiral balance pivot lock shoes on 2 of my windows.  What parts do I need?

Hello,

We can't be sure with the pivot shoe still installed but the 15-178 and 15-188 would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the width and thickness to confirm the correct replacement.
