Spiral balance pivot lock shoe for tilt window

Question

Hi. I am looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe for the spiral balances on my tilt window. The channel in which the shoe rides looks to be 1-1/4 inches wide and 9/16 inches dep. the windows were probably installed in the mid 1990's.
I have been replacing the spiral balances in my windows and have found one shoe broken and most of them stick badly.
I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by removing an undamaged pivot shoe from one of your windows to compare to the specifications shown on the 15-178 and 15-188 product pages to confirm if one of them is the correct match. Thank you!
