Spiral balance pivot shoe

Question

I need help identifying this part. It is a pivot shoe for a DH tilt window. The measurements are in the picture. The cam opening is 5/16" X 3/16".

Hello! Looks like you have an old style that's not made anymore, but I believe our 15-070 can replace it. Look it over and tell me what you think.
