Spiral balance pivot shoes

Hello,

I have older replacement windows in need of blue tip spiral balances and pivot shoes. I've seen the spiral balance tubes on your site but not the pivot shoes. Do you stock them? Thank you

You'll need to remove the hardware from the window to narrow down the exact replacements. The pivot shoe should be either our 15-188 or 15-178, depending on the thickness. The spiral balance is probably going to be a 5/8" diameter Series 600, since these have blue tip options, but it's best to confirm the diameter of the outer tube to be absolutely sure. You'll need the length of that tube, up to but not including the colored tip, to know the length needed.
