Spiral balance replacement

Hi
I need to replace the spiral balances on two windows. I'm not sure what these are, they measure 24" long and 5/8" wide. I can't tell if these are orange or red tips. Thanks for your help!

Hi Lesley. Take a look at our S600-24 Spiral Balance for Non-Tilt Windows. Your have a red tip--the orange appearance is just due to age or corrosion over time. What about that plug at the top of the balance? I'm not quite sure what it is, but if you need to replace those as well, show us a closer picture and we'll see what we can identify for you. Thanks.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season, Lesley. I'm still not quite sure what the plug on top was. If they're undamaged though, you could get away just replacing your spiral balances with our S600-24 with the red tip. Otherwise, could you show us a close-up picture of one of those plugs at the top of your old balances? Many thanks.
