Spiral balance replacement

Question

I need help identifying what spring balance is need for my tilt windows. I already removed the spring thinking I could go to home depot and get a new one. I tried opening another window to see the color tip but the spring broke in process of removing window and then I struggled to get window back in place. I need to replace two balance springs (photos) for one window along with the pivot thing.

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-145 depending on how the width and thickness shown below compare to yours.

This pivot shoe is commonly used with the S900 spiral balance. Make sure to confirm the diameter of your tube measures 3/8". If so, you'll need to measure the length of the balance tube to determine the size you need. You'll also need to weigh the window sash the balances support.
