Need help identifying replacement parts. Tube diameter is 9/16", and length is approx 30" with a green tip.

If you're confident the outer tube diameter is 9/16" (or 5/8" in the trade) and 30" long, see our S600-30. Your tip is likely a faded blue, but to be safe, obtain the exact weight of the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each color tip option on the balance's shop page.
