Spiral balance replacement

The plastic insert in the top of the window fell in the channel and I was unable to retrieve it. Please add a caution to be careful not to knock it out. Do you have a replacement piece or solution for this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'm afraid I'm not sure what part in particular it is you're referring to, though. A plastic insert could describe a wide range of parts. Is this in regards to a specific SWISCO product code? If so, could you give me the number?

it is the plastic block that the screw that secures the top of the spiral balance to the window frame.

S600-35 : 35" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Here is the spiral balance I am referring to. I do not want to risk having the white block fall off.

The S600-35 doesn't come with any white block like you describe. Could you be referencing something like our 26-200 screw plug?
