Spiral balance rods, lock/handle

Quick Learner from Cumming, ga

I need 10 of the spiral balance rods, they are 28 1/2 inches long, 3/8 wide. I need 10 of the spiral balance rods, they are 28 1/2 inches long, 3/8 wide.I also need two of the bottom handles or locks that have the metal tension part.

Finally I need the tool to install the balance rods, and the part that the sparrow rod hooks into.

Looks like you need new balances and a new pivot shoe. If the diameter of the outer tube is 3/8", then you can use our Series 900

I'm not sure about the shoe. I will need you to remove it from the window and tell me its precise width and thickness. That will let me find something in the same size.

I'm afraid I can't really make out the shoe dimensions from these photos. It's not really possible to get precise measurements when it's still installed. You will need to take it out of the window frame and tell me its width and thickness.

At second look, I don't know that I need the shoes, I was told the rod snapped into the shoe, but that is not correct. What is the part that it is snapping into here called?

The part connected to your shoe is the spiral balance. As we talked about before, yours is the Series 900, since you said it had a 3/8" diameter outer tube.

Thanks for getting back to us. That's a very small pivot shoe. I actually don't think this size is made anymore. The closest option we have in our inventory is our 15-134, but I cannot guarantee that it will work. Please review the dimensions we show on its store page and see what you think.

The other part you show looks like an old fashioned type of window lock. I'm afraid we do not have this model either, but we also don't have a substitute. I apologize for the inconvenience.
