Hi, was hoping to get some assistance with replacing my current spiral balances on a few of the non tilt aluminium windows at our house.
The length of the tube portion is 25" and the diameter of the spiral balance tube appears closer to 1/2".
The top portion of the spiral color is red.
In addition, the connection to the window seems to be without any type of connection and fits into a slot in the window itself.
All pictures attached.
Looking to purchase this quickly.
Thanks.

Can you measure your diameter more carefully? The options are 3/8 and 5/8. See which is closest to what you have.

I would say it is closer to 5/8"

Take a look at our 25" non-tilt spiral balance (5/8" diameter): the S500-25. You'll need a red tip to match your old balance.

Thanks the S500-25 red tip appears to be the correct replacement.
Considering an aluminium window and frame, do I need s shoe fitting? The old version did not have a shoe installation but rather connected to the channel in the window itself. See pic.

Based on your photos, your sash clip looks similar to our 17-025, which is attached to the side of the sash. Hopefully the original clip is fine, though, because it is impossible to replace it without taking the window completely out of the frame.
