Spiral balance shoe

Question

This is 3/8 spiral non tilt balance - red tip 25? long.

The shoe is a while plastic thing shown above, that slides up and down.

It is broken and needs replacement.

Also not sure how the shoe was put in place - because it is in the groove.

The shoe is about 1 inch wide where it sits on the groove.

The place where the balance is fixed on is about half inch.

The height of the shoe is about one and half inch.

Can you please help ID this shoe and also let me know if you carry this or an equivalent item.

I'm afraid I don't recognize that nylon balance carrier in your photo. Since you've already removed the sash, would it be possible to remove the spiral from the nylon carrier? A 75-004 charging tool would be ideal to do this. Then look over the track for a cut out for the nylon carrier to be removed from the track. It is usually at the top of the window track.

If we can see that carrier removed from the window and from a few other angles, we may be able to identify a match.
