Spiral balance tilt window

Question

What I am looking for is 17 x 5/8 & 14 x 5/8 my tip looks orange but could by red. Also need the shoe/cam for both sashes, see above picture. Measures 9/16 or 5/8 thick 1 1/4 wide and 2 9/16 long. The sash pin area is open so that pin drops down into it. Would it be possible to use a different style shoe and change the sash pins? Hoping you can help.

Hello!

Since you have a tilt window, you'd want either our Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). You'll need to remove and measure your original balance to see which one matches best. As for the pivot shoe, this looks similar to our 15-178 and 15-188 but your dimensions are a bit different from ours. Triple check your dimensions and compare them to ours to see if one of these matches up to your old shoe.

I'm afraid not. We always recommend sticking with the hardware that's original to your window.
