Spiral balance tip color help

A home owner from Oklahoma says:
My window is 3'x5' my sash weighs 19.4 # on my bathroom scale. My tube length is 29" long. My sash weight falls under multiple color weight ratings. Not sure what to choose. Please help. I cant identify exactly what color the old tips were. I suppose they are sun bleached.

Thanks for posting. These old white tips vary in what their rating means, so it's best to just go with one of the colors we provide. If the outer tube 5/8" in diameter? If so, you have a S600-29, and for a sash weighing exactly 19.4 pounds you can use a Red Tip option, which supports 7 through 29 pounds. If the outer tube is 3/8" in diameter,  you'll need the S900-29, but the Red Tip again will work fine. Let me know if you have any questions.
