Spiral balance + wheels

A handy person from St croix USVI says:
Looking for a black tip spiral balance that seems to have had a part screwed on instead of hook pins. That part is missing so I don't know what it looked like. My windows may have been fixed before as there seems to be something like your 17-012 in place. I also need these small wheels that seem to center the sash. There are four per sash.
Thanks for ny help you can give me. Should I call, or use chat.

Many thanks for writing in. It looks like you will need our 5/8" thick Series 500 Non-Tilt Spiral Balance with a black tip. You will need to confirm the length of the metal tube to know what balance length to select. You will also require the 17-012 bracket. This hook on the end of the spiral rod and screws to the bottom of the sash. The 75-005 charging tool will help in the installation. Let us know if you have any questions.

A handy person from St croix USVI says:
thanks Paul. I'll place an order real soon. You have no help on those little wheels pictured in my first post?

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Ah, sorry; I thought they were the brackets to the window balance. Tell me more about this part. Where do they go on the window? May we have some dimensions?

A handy person from St croix USVI says:
Hey thanks for getting back PUl. I'm losing pics. But there is one at each corner of the sash, seem to be for centering sash in frame.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Could you provide the dimensions of this roller assembly, such as the length and width, the diameter of the wheel, or the distance between the mounting holes? I am not certain we have anything like this, but it's possible with those specifications we may be able to research something for you. Many thanks.
