Spiral balance won't load

Spiral balance measures 8 inches ,white tip and 9/16 diameter. This is for the top window of a tilt window style. I see the shortest one you show in the 600 series is 9 inches. The bottom window has 11 inch, blue tip?! Can I use two 9 inch spiral balance and just cut the trim stop a little ?

We can actually make you an 8" Series 600, though it'd be a custom order. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?
