Hi - I was hoping you could help me identify which balance and pivot shoe I need. I would like to buy enough to fix 2 windows (upper and lower sash). I'll order more if i'm successfull installing them !
I believe the pivot shoe # is 530CSB

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-219 but the dimensions are a bit different than yours. I would recommend double-checking the width and thickness of your part compared to the image below to confirm if this could work for your repair.
If you need new balances as well, we would need to see an undamaged assembly removed from your window to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
