I'd like to confirm the proper replacement parts for my 27 lb single hung windows. I also like to confirm the 15-045 pivot shoe is correct. I believe the balance could have been replaced with the wrong color tip. I believe I need the 35" S900.

Hey there. The only way to know for sure what pivot shoe you need is to remove the old one and measure the width and thickness. See if it matches the 15-045. For the spiral balances, be sure to measure the diameter of the tube. If it's 3/8", it's indeed a Series 900. Look at the weight ranges listed alongside each color tip option on the spiral balance shop page to confirm what will work with your sash's weight.
