Spiral balance: tip looks like black; 3/8" diameter; 28" long:
Pivot shoes: 15/16" wide; 2" long without legs.
I need a charging tool for this job. What model should I buy? What are the models for the spiral balances and pivot shoes?

Additional information: The thickness of the pivot shoe is 17/32".

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-211 but note that ours measures 1" wide as shown below.
As for the balances, see the 3/8" diameter S900-28. We do not currently carry black tip options but you can weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. If it exceeds the 34-pound max supported by our stock balance, let us know, and we can go from there.
