Hi, can you identify the replacements that I need for these parts?
I used a caliper to measure the track depth and balance diameter.
Balances are 1/2" diameter, red one is 17 3/4" and the blue one is 21".
The shoe is about 1/2" thick, 2" high..inside track is 1 3/8" wide.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe, to compare to our inventory. Also, the spiral balance tube should measure either 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. Once you know the exact diameter, you'll be able to choose between the S900 and S600 spiral balances. Also, make sure you are only measuring the tube and not the spiral to determine the lengths needed for your new balances. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process.
