Thanks for contacting us. The tilt latch looks like our 26-394. As for the spiral balance, it might be our Series 600 but I'm not sure. I would confirm the diameter of the outer tube. They don't make a balance like this with a 1/2" tube. It is probably 5/8", but I would confirm just in case. I would also make sure the end of the spiral looks the same, since yours has broken off.

Perfect, thank you. I think the Series 600 I mentioned will be a good bet since your tube diameter appears to be 5/8".
