Spiral balance and tilt rod needed

Thanks for writing in! Your tilt window spiral balance looks like it could be either our 5/8" diameter S600-27 Spiral Balance or 3/8" diameter S900-27 Spiral Balance, with a red tip. To determine which series is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the dimensions for the diameter of the balance tube.

The hardware installed to the bottom of the sash is the pivot bar. There is a good chance we can supply you with a suitable replacement for yours but I'll need to see an undamaged pivot bar to confirm. It is important to see the shape of the end of the pivot bar that connects to the pivot shoe cam.
