Can you help to identify my parts, please.
I found series 600 your webpage, but the end what i have to hook is different.
I have the bracket #32 on my windows and I try to find the spiral balancer for that windows.

Hello there. The Series 600 is a Spiral Balance for tilt windows, and that does not seem to be what you have. The 17-012 Bracket is used with Non-Tilt Spiral Balances--namely, our Series 500. Double-check the length of the outer tube to determine the length needed. Let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
