Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you need our S600-29. The red tip option will support a sash weighing 7 to 29 pounds. You'll also need the 75-006 charging tool.

We're happy to ID the pivot shoe, but we must see an undamaged one removed from the window track, including the written-out thickness and width.

Hello,
I'm a little Confused, the widow weight is close to 30 or 40 lbs. The windows are very hard to operate since we bought the house and now I'm wondering if that might be the problem.
The dimensions On the pivot shoe 1.25 X 2 X 5/8 But the overall thickness is one inch, the 5/8 is in the channel. please let me know f you need more information. Thank you

Yes, that sounds like the red tip wasn't strong enough to support the window, which would result in the window being hard to open and close. We recommend weighing the sash to confirm the exact weight.

If it falls within the 31 to 40-pound weight range, you can use the black tip option.

If it falls within the 12 to 31-pound weight range, see the blue tip option instead.

Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-048, and we also sell the 26-028 Tamp-R-Lock separately.

Thank you for the information. I'll have to wait until the weather is better to get the weight of the sash. I'll contact you in a few days. Thank you
