Spiral balancer color

I am trying to replace defective spiral balancers. They are:
3/8" diameter
29" long
sash weighs 17.7 lbs
Looking at the tip it appears to be Orange which is not on the list of available colors to order for a 3/8 29 inch balancer.

Hello,

We'd be happy to recommend replacement balances. Can we see a photo of your balance removed from the window to confirm which replacement you need? Also, are these for a tilt or non-tilt window? Thank you!

Perfect. Take a look at our S900-29 spiral balance with a red tip to support a sash between 10-22 pounds. Thank you!
