Spiral balancers and related parts

Question

the metal tube on the balancer is 35inches the white part on the left islides to allow the window to tilt the white part on the right is activated when the window tilts to lock the balancer in place I am hoping you don't need the pictures of the parts installed I won't have immediate access as the customer is out of town for a few days thank you for your help

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 3/8" Series 900, 15-045 pivot shoe, and 26-435 tilt latch pair. We recommend you review the specifications and compare them with the old hardware to confirm a good fit. If you need the charging tool, see the 75-006.
