I am attempting to refurbish an old single hung wood window with spiral balances. The tubes are bent and the foot bracket on one has corroded and broken. So I need new tubes and brackets. The motors for the brackets is approximately 3 inches long and a half inch in width. Hope you can help.
Cheers,
JN

Hello,

You will find a chart under the product description on our spiral balance product pages that shows the sash weight ranges supported by each colored tip option. If you need help with identification, feel free to send us photos of an uninstalled balance and we can go from there. Thank you.

In regards to your balances, take a look and compare the 5/8" diameter S500 spiral balance, as well as the 17-012 support bracket. Thanks again!
