I have a 3/8" D and 23" long with a red tip I put 2 in my cart but they said 31" are they able to be cut?

Hi Rich. No, I am afraid you are not able to cut these spiral balances. If you have not yet placed your order, remove the 31" balances from your cart and instead see our S900-23. These sound like the spiral balances you're looking for. Let me know if you have further questions.
