Spiral balances replacement?

Hello. I've got a bunch of windows with broken balances. They've all got feet that looks like this. Could you point me to the appropriate product I'd need to replace them with? I believe the feet clip to the bottom of the frames but I'm not 100% sure.

The windows are aluminum non-tilting. The balances are 3/8" wide

Thanks for writing in. We can provide these spiral balances for you, but they'll have to be a custom order to install the shoe at the bottom. We need a little more information to be able to help you. First, can you tell us the length of the outer tubes for each set of spiral balances you need? Second, what is the length of the inner spiral rods (this should be either 1" or 2" more than the outer tube)? We will also need the exact weight of the window sashes these balances are going to be used for. If you could give us this information, as well as the number of spiral balances you need, we can get this started for you. Many thanks.
