Spiral balances and shoes for Silverline windows

Home Owner from Maryland
We need to replace the spiral balances and lock shoes on window purchased in 1997. We also will need an adjustment tool. A photo of the window sticker is attached.
Please advise the parts required and thanks.

Hi there!

I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us anything about the hardware your window uses. In order to help, we will need to see photos of the balance and the pivot shoe removed from the window. Can you also write out the thickness and width of the pivot shoe?

OK - I just returned from our camp in central New York and have attached photos of the balance. It looks like it is blue-tipped, 22 inches long and 5/9 inches in diameter. Turns out the shoes

are in good shape, so we need only the 2 spiral balances and an adjustment tool.

Thank you for your help,

Paul

Hi Paul, thank you for the additional information,

I believe there was a typo in the diameter, but if the dimension is 5/8", please review the S600-22 spiral balance with a blue tip. This balance is used in tilt in windows and attaches to a pivot shoe in the window channel. Also review the 75-006 charging tool. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
