OK.. I had a window that I couldn't open.. Too heavy !! No information on the windows, brand or even who installed them.. I found these videos and had to try something... I had a pile of broken plastic pieces, I didn't even know what they looked like before they were broken.. I watched Swisco videos (Even how to take the best pictures) measured what I could and sent them the pictures.. The matched me up with new pivot shoes, within a few days I ordered on a Thurs and got the new parts by Sat For $20 including shipping I have a perfectly working window !!! And HD (Big store) told me all I can do is replace the window. These guys are true EXPERTS !! If you don't believe me.. Give them a try !!
