Spiral sash balance

Question

Sorry that I don't have a photo. I took the window apart at the customer's home, but didn't get a photo. Came home and found your website. I need one pair of balances, 5/8 inch diameter and 17 inches long in the lightest lift range.

Thanks for contacting us. Sounds like you need a spiral balance, but I'm not sure if your window is tilt or non-tilt. If it's a tilt window, see our Series 600 spiral balance. If it's non-tilt, see our Series 500 instead.

I highly recommend weighing the sash on a scale to confirm the proper spring strength. You don't want to guess when it comes to balances.
