Hello, can I get a part number on a spriral spring 3/8 diameter and 36 inch long with a black cap?

Thanks for posting! Just to confirm, you're measuring just the outer tube, correct? For your particular part, I recommend our our Series 900 spiral balance. These aren't made with Black Tips, so you will have to weigh your sash to confirm the correct color tip option.

on the pivot bar picture do you sell the white holder block that it is pressed into?

The bottom pivot bar in your second picture looks closer to our 26-379. This has the pivot bar actually built into the white block, so the two aren't able to be separated. Would this be a better match?
