Spiral stripped

Question

The spiral piece that engages the gears opens windows but when closing it it just "unscrews" from the mechanism and detaches. It's on an entrygard by truth. Probably older(just bought the home)

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators to your assembly, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. Thanks for posting!
