Spiral tilt balance for older double hung windows

A home owner from Northern Virginia says:
The metal casing measures 9/16" thick and 22" long (22 1/4" if orange/red piece included)

The spiral rod piece is 23 1/8" long.

This house will be listed for sale in the coming days and need the parts ASAP before clients walk the property and open this one window.
