Spiral tilt window balance replace

Question

Hi-- I have 2 windows that should open/close and based on my research, seems like I need to replace the spiral tilt balances + shoes.
one window does not open at all as the shoes seem to be broken. One is sticky opening/closing but moves still.
would be great to know what I should buy to fix myself. Apron measures 28 in. Both windows are identical

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need to see an intact balance and pivot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe, as well as show us the end of the spiral that attaches to the shoe. That information will help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
