11" long Series 900 spiral balance

I used 11 inch Series 900, WHITE tip replacement parts on a small but heavy window in 2009, it's still fine. This size is no longer on your website. Another identical window now won't stay up. The bottom half of the window tilts inward, top half does not tilt.

Please advise.

Sure, we should be able to custom make this for you. Can you just tell me how many you need? Could you also tell me the weight of the sash in question? Your previous order is very old, and the way spiral balance strength ratings are determined has changed a little. In other words, the old White Tip may not be the same as the new White Tip, so I would need the sash weight to confirm.

If sash weight is how heavy it feels to open it, I would say 5 to 10 lbs. It is double-paned. I have no way to actually weigh it. If you can supply these, I would need 4 as each window needs 2 and I have one more window that still is okay, but probably not for long.

We could custom make an S900-11 with a White Tip. This can carry up to 13 pounds. However, I would still recommend getting an exact sash weight to confirm. Since this will have to be custom made, it cannot be returned for a refund. We always think it's a good idea to cover every detail to ensure that you get the right match.

If you just want to go with the White Tip option, let me know and I'll send you a custom order form for 4 of these balances.
