Spiral window balance

Hi I Need to replace spiral window balance for non tilt window. 25" long, 5/8" diameter, approx 9.2 lbs. I also need to replace the piece that goes into bottom of window, foot? Brake? Metal piece a little over 2.5". Advice on exact order number appreciated

Hey there!
This old spiral balance style hasn't been made in a long, long time. Fortunately, you can likely use the Series 500 with the 17-012 (sold separately). This combination of parts has proven to work for this kind of window time and time again.
