Where can I get pivot lock shoe like this and a 30" spiral balance rod.

For the spiral balance, see our S900-30. This has an outer tube with a 3/8" diameter and 30" length. As for the pivot shoe, can you tell me its thickness? Can you also show me a picture of the pivot bar?

Pivot shoe is 1/2" thick

Thanks! Looks like you're showing the balance. We need to see the pivot bar. This is the thin metal piece that installs at the bottom of the sash and installs in the pivot shoe. That will help us determine what pivot shoe will be most compatible with it.
