Spiral window balance lower sash and tilt slide retainer

Hello there. That plastic block that the spiral balance attaches to is called a pivot shoe. I'm confident we can replace yours, but there's many different kinds of pivot shoes, and the only way to know which you need is to remove yours from the window and provide a clear picture. The width and thickness measurements of the shoe are also crucial. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes. As far as the other part, they are called tilt latches. You might need our 26-243 and 26-244, but review the dimensions below to confirm they match your old parts. Let us know what you find.
