Spiral window balance top mounting plastic clip

I'm looking for the plastic mounting clips that snap into a 1/4" x 1/4" hole to fasten the top of a spiral window balance. The clips have retainer snaps on two of the sides to hold them into the hole.

It's tough to make out what you have in this picture. Could it be a screw plug like our 26-200? If not, can you show us a picture of it out of the window so that we can get a better look?
