Spiral window balances getting bent

Bought new spiral balances for several windows. All work well except one window. The raising and lowering of the window is sticking and as a result the new balances are getting multiple dents causing window to jamb. Any advice?

Hello there!
The fact that this isn't happening on any of your other windows makes us think it may be the window's fault. We suggest checking the window track for any obstructions or damage, even minor dents cold be causing this kind of problem.
